Delegates and eventually their guests requiring a visa for entry in Italy are advised to make their application in their home country 2-3 months before the date of travel.
Please contact immediately your nearest Italian Embassy, or Consulate for more information about the documents needed and the time required for the visa delivery.
After receipt of your abstract, registration, hotel reservation and a copy of your passport (to be faxed at +39.090.9080155), official invitation letters from Chromaleont and the Riva Congress Center as well as the hotel voucher will be sent to you. Please indicate if the documents should be mailed, sent by fax or e-mailed and all the necessary details.
If you are not flying directly to Italy, please note that you may need a transit visa for some countries in order to continue your travel. Countries that do not require a special visa for interconnections are the Schengen countries. Travelling on a Schengen Visa means that the visa holder can travel to any (or all) member countries using one single visa, thus avoiding the hassle and expense of obtaining individual visas for each country. This is particularly beneficial for persons who wish to visit several European countries on the same trip. For more information, please visit www.schengenvisa.cc.
