INFORMATION FOR ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS FOR BOTH MEETINGS

Duration

  • Young Scientists – 10 minutes (8+2)
  • Oral Presentations – 15 minutes (12+3)
  • Invited Speakers Presentations – 20 minutes (17+3)
  • Award Presentations – 20 minutes (17+3)

Your presentation has to be formatted horizontally in format 16:9.

Please meet the chairperson 20 minutes prior to the beginning of your session and give the projectionist your slides (PowerPoint or PDF form on a USB memory stick). Test facilities will be available in the room of the Organizing Committee.

Do not use more time than is scheduled in the program. Because of the parallel sessions, your session chairman will stop your lecture if you run in overtime.

INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS FOR BOTH MEETINGS

We have to emphasize that poster presentations are considered equally important as oral contributions. When a poster has been attributed, this does not mean that the work is considered second class.

Posters will be showed in the main hall Exhibition area. Information on the day/time of which poster session you will be presenting can be found in the program.

Poster board sizes are vertical: 1 m wide x 2.40 m high, brown or white in color. The poster number will be indicated in the left or right upper corner of the board. Each Board will contain one Poster.

Posters are displayed vertically. To uniform all posters, and to make the content of immediate comprehension, we suggest the following poster dimensions max height 120 cm, max width 95 cm (A0 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm suggested).

Adhesive tape will be provided, the author must bring everything else. Please do not write on the poster board or damage it with non-dedicated material for mounting the poster. Posters must be prepared in advance: supplies for this purpose will not be available. Printing will not be available at the conference.

One of the authors should be at the poster for information and discussion during the time allotted for that particular poster session.

Posters for the 44th ISCC should be left on the poster boards during a two days period.

  • For the 44th ISCC, the posters will be shown from Tuesday to Friday (till 11:00).
  • For the 21st GC×GC the posters will be shown from Monday to Friday (till 11:00).

Participants for both meetings are asked to display their posters until Friday noon.
